TOOTH ACHE RELIEF..
Tooth ache is one of the most painful , unpleasant and uncomfortable situation that one can face..Although only a doctor can cure the source of the problem, this list of treatments & pain relief remedies should get you through in case of emergencies..
PAIN KILLER :- In order to reduce tooth pain , take pain
relievers i.e aspirin, Ibuprofen, .. these tablets
are very good in treating tooth pain.. most of
the pain killers doesn't produce side effects
provided not taken in excess or it will upset
your stomach ....

TEA BAG :- A hot tea bag pressed against the tooth will
help in relieving the pain..
ICE CUBES :- Put an ice cube on the aching tooth or on the
nearest cheek mucosa for 15-20 minutes at
least 2 -3 times..

FOOD PARTICLES :- If the pain is caused by lodged
food, take a mouthful of water and rinse it
vigorously. A thorough rinse may dislodge

HEAD BALANCE :- Most of the tooth pain starts on lying
down position that causes fluid flow into
the dentinal tubules due to rise in blood

temporary and only relieve pain for
sometime .. You should visit a Dental
surgeon as soon as you experience a
tooth ache for the proper treatment.

gaps between teeth
only if it is done incorrectly. The
correct method of flossing is to holding
the floss tautly between your thumbs and
index fingers, slide it gently up and down
between your teeth.. Never snap or force the
floss, as this may cut or bruise delicate gum

Brushing for long periods of time is not
good for your teeth.
The tooth enamel will wear out because of the extended
brushing duration and in the long run this will
cause tooth sensitivity. Limit your brushing time to
2- 3 minutes and brush twice a day.
