as well as your gums. The dentin( i.e) tooth’s inner

natural analgesics such as a few drops of
clove oil or tea tree oil that will help in

gaps between teeth
only if it is done incorrectly. The
correct method of flossing is to holding
the floss tautly between your thumbs and
index fingers, slide it gently up and down
between your teeth.. Never snap or force the
floss, as this may cut or bruise delicate gum
tissue.

Brushing for long periods of time is not
good for your teeth.
The tooth enamel will wear out because of the extended
brushing duration and in the long run this will
cause tooth sensitivity. Limit your brushing time to
2- 3 minutes and brush twice a day.
